If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from Lola Collective via the phone or our web site in the last 45 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please include the following with your return:
- Reason for return
- Customer Number, Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number
- Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
- If you prefer a credit card refund please provide Credit Card number, expiration date and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information
- If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check
Lola Collective authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers of Lola skincare products. If you have any questions about Authorized Retailers, please contact our Customer Service Department.
